ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened its doors in April 2025, and we’re currently building a strong foundation with a small but growing team. Coming from a State Farm family, this business has always been part of who I am — it’s something I grew up around and knew I wanted to pursue from the start.

Before opening my own office, I worked as a team member in Baltimore, gaining hands-on experience helping customers and learning what it takes to run a successful agency. I’m a proud West Virginia University (WVU) graduate, and outside the office, life is busy and full — my wife and I share our home with three energetic dogs who keep us on our toes.

Our office offers a supportive and flexible environment, including a health stipend and reimbursement for licensing costs. We believe in taking care of our people so they can take great care of our customers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brendan Garvey - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
